We sort out peaches and mine. We select only the ripe, juicy and sweet fruits. We will be stocking sugar-free peach puree, so try to buy whatever sweet peaches you can find.

Cut the peaches into four parts, take out the pit, and peel them. When crushed, peach skins give an unnecessary aftertaste, so it is imperative to get rid of the skins.

Pour the peach puree into clean, dry baby food jars. It is most convenient to use jars with a volume of 50-70 ml.

We screw the jars with lids and put them in the freezer.

How to use jars of frozen peach puree:

Take jars of puree out of the freezer in a few hours and leave at room temperature. If you forgot to get it in advance, that's okay. You need to put a jar of puree in a pot of cold water and leave for 30 minutes.

If you used sweet and ripe peaches, then add puree in pure form to porridge, yogurt, curd or kefir. If the peach puree tastes sour and the child refuses to eat, you can add a little banana or applesauce.

How to make peach puree for the winter for babies

First, peaches need to be properly processed. If you boil the fruit together with the skin, then you will not be able to perfectly chop them in mashed potatoes: for this you will need to first remove all the skins from the pan. In addition, because of them, the mashed potatoes will be sour, and then you will have to add sugar. To avoid this inconvenience, peel the peaches off with a knife at the beginning of cooking.
